Rules, declarations and consent

Tenancy: The intended term is a one-year lease. Monthly rent is due in full on the first day of each month. Applicable late-payment charges and lawful annual rent increases may apply.

Security deposit: The deposit is generally one-half of one month’s rent, is not the final month’s rent, and is handled according to Manitoba tenancy law.

Property rules: No smoking, unauthorized occupants, unreasonable noise, damage, nuisance, or unregistered vehicles. Pet approval and disability-related accommodation are handled in accordance with applicable law. Tenants are responsible for their visitors and for leaving the home reasonably clean.
